Tomorrow, Scott McLeod, a leading academic expert on school technology, will be speaking at Bettendorf High School at 7 p.m. in the Fine Arts Room on the impact of technology on 21st century learners.  The public is invited to attend this free presentation.

Tomorrow is the deadline to apply for the April 2012 Collins Poetry Residency.  Any poet who has not yet published a chapbook or book length collection of poetry and who lives in any of the six counties of the Quad Cities area is eligible.  To apply, submit a cover letter, a writing resume, five representative poems, a purpose statement and availability.
