The Riverine Walk Bike Tour of the Iowa Mississippi River Trail and Nahant Marsh will be held at 6:30 p.m. at the Marquette Street Landing in Davenport.  The program will be repeated Saturday morning at 9 a.m.  Preregistration is required, call 563-322-2969.

A launch party for The Atlas will be held at 7 p.m. at the Midwest Writing Center in Davenport. The collection was written by teens who participated in the center’s summer intern program. The event is free and open to the public.  For more information, call 563-324-1410.

Tomorrow morning, the Channel Cat Talk Historic Bridges of the Quad Cities will begin at 9 a.m. at the Celebration Belle Landing in Moline. Pre-registration is required; call 563-322-2969. 

As part of Thursdays at the Figge, Lynn Gingras-Taylor will facilitate the A Chair for Your Wall workshop beginning at 6 p.m.  Also featured will be music by Ellis Kell.  For more information, call 563-326-7804.

On Saturday, An Evening With Morrison's Musical Masters will begin at 7 p.m. at Morrison High School will feature singers Gary Martin and Therese Vincent accompanied by Robert Elfline.  Proceeds will benefit Odell Public Library. For more information, call 815-772-7323.
