The City of Bettendorf invites the public to kick-off the Forest Grove Road Area Park planning effort and weigh in on the future of this landscape along Spencer Creek. The new RiverShare catalog is now available and the Rock Island Public Library will offer a series of classes to help patrons.  The first will be held tonight at 6:00 p.m. at the Rock Island Southwest Branch.  Another will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday at the Main Library.
