The Davenport Civil Rights Walking Tour unveiling will be at 4:30 p.m. in the St. Anthony's Church parking lot, 417 N. Main St., Davenport. Mayor Bill Gluba will unveil a marker where marchers gathered in August 1963 for a rally in LeClaire Park where John Howard Griffin, author of Black Like Me, spoke.

From slave songs to folk music to present day variations on traditional labor anthems, the history, tradition and culture of the music associated with work will be examined.
