Big Lesson: Titanic on Trial, a special live performance will be held in the Putnam's IMAX Theatre at 9:30 a.m. Relive that fateful night with a historical drama based on the testimony of survivors of the Titanic tragedy as told during the U.S. government inquiry.  Advance registration is recommended; call 563-324-1933.

The faces, letters, sketches and songs of the men who fought in Illinois regiments during the Civil War will be featured in the new Civil War 150th anniversary exhibit opening today and running through December 30 at the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library in downtown Springfield.
