The sixth annual Founders' Day celebration will be held at 9:45 a.m. at Walcott Cemetery in Walcott, honoring German immigrants to the region more than a century ago.  A choir will perform, and Dick Stahl will read poetry. Bring chairs. For more information, call 563-843-2867.

The Family Museum in Bettendorf will celebrate Albrecht Durer's Birthday beginning at 10 a.m.  Learn about Germany's famous Renaissance artist, make some relief prints, and learn how to create fine art reproductions. For more information, call 563-344-4106.

Today and tomorrow, Dan Nagle Walnut Grove Pioneer Village in Long Grove will hold Heritage Days from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. There will be music, skits, a petting zoo, demonstrations, kids' crafts, and more.  For more information, call 563-328-3283.
