The registration deadline is today for the Rock Island County Historical Society Friends luncheon on February 21.  The program will present a Historic Overview of the Corps of Engineers District and will begin at 11:30 a.m. at the First Congregational Church in Moline.  The public is invited.  To make a reservation, call 309-764-8590.
