The Western Illinois University Art Gallery will hold a public reception for their new exhibit Tim Waldrop: Adapting to Katrina and Beyond: Images of the Resilient Mississippi Gulf Coast from 6 to 8 p.m.  The exhibit will run through March 10.  The Gallery is free and open to the public from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays.  For more information, call 309-298-1587.

The DubuqueFest Fine Arts Festival is now accepting applications for the 33rd annual juried fine art fair scheduled for May 21 & 22 in Washington Park in downtown Dubuque.  The application deadline is April 1.
