The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will offer a six-mile bicycle tour of Arsenal Island at 9 a.m. A park ranger will guide the tour, which will begin and end at the Mississippi River Visitor Center at Locks and Dam 15. The annual July 4th Festival at Francis Park in Kewanee starts with a pancake breakfast at 6 a.m. and runs thru 5 p.m. featuring music, crafts, activities, and more. For information, call 309-937-1255.
