The traveling exhibit of Lincoln: The Constitution and the Civil War will be on display at Western Illinois University's Library from now until Nov. 19. A series of events are planned in conjunction with this exhibit, including a presentation of Abraham Lincoln in Song tonight at 8 p.m. in the College of Fine Arts and Communication Recital Hall. The Trinity Visiting Nurse and Home Care Association will administer annual flu shots at the Bettendorf Public Library today from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. and tomorrow from 9:00 a.m. to noon. No appointments are required.

A Story Time for children with special needs who are developmentally at the preschool or early elementary age level will be held at 4:00 p.m. at the Davenport Fairmount St. Library. For more information, call 563-326-7832.

This Saturday, the Pen-in-Hand Writing Conference will be held at the Midwest Writing Center in Davenport.
