The Moline Public Library and Quad City Arts are teaming up to produce original new artwork for the library. Students aged 13 to 18 are invited to participate in a free series of book-sculpture workshops to create exciting new works of art. The workshops will be held on four Saturdays, January 8 thru 29 at 1:00 p.m. at the Moline Library. To sign up, contact Jessi Black at 309-793-1213 ext. 103. Registration is first-come, first-served and space is limited.

The River Music Experience will again offer its Sound Lab Audio Engineering 101 class during the 1st quarter of 2011. The program consists of three 8-week in-depth courses taken in a sequence.
