The Gathering of the Green, the biennial event for John Deere tractor enthusiasts, will be held at the RiverCenter in Davenport, March 17-20. It is open to the public from 6-9 pm Wednesday; 8 am-9 pm Thursday and Friday; and 8 am-3 pm Saturday.

Monmouth College hosts three events open to the public. At noon in the Whiteman-McMillan Highlander Room in the Stockdale Center, Arjun Subedi will present Nepal Between Two Giants. At 7:30 p.m., Victor Martinez will present Hercules in Italy. Also at 7:30 p.m. in the Tartan Room of the Stockdale Center, Fred Witzig will introduce the Great Decisions topic, Peace Building and Conflict Resolution.

Rock Island Parks and Recreation will hold a Mystery Club for Kids beginning at 4:30 p.m. Teams of tow or three kids will clues and solve puzzles in The Case of the Lucky Charms as they search through Hauberg Civic Center toward a prize.
