Operation Spay Day 2011 in the Quad Cities

Here's Michelle O'Neill's story, "Too Many Cats." Starting Tuesday, February 1st, anyone can have their cat spayed or neutered for $5 at Rock Island County Animal Care and Control or the Quad City Animal Welfare Center. And the Humane Society of Scott County is working with three veterinary clinics to offer vouchers for 9 sterilizations.
